To measure, quote, schedule and complete your flooring project; to send you estimates, appointment reminders, invoices and job updates; to answer your questions; and to keep records the law requires. We do not sell your personal information.

Only service providers that help us run the business — for example our messaging carrier (to deliver texts), payment processor, scheduling/CRM software, and accountants — each of which may use your information only to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.
We keep project and payment records for as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it, protected by sign-in and encryption in transit.
